make it easier to see the list of currently-active rules
== The problem ==
When using Pluckeye 0.50.4, to see the list of currently-active rules, you must run "pluck export".
This is confusing. The word "export" sounds like it's for exporting data to a file, not for displaying information.
== Proposed solution ==
It would be good if you could please make "pluck ls" and "pluck rules" do the same thing as "pluck export".
* "pluck ls" is good for people who like Unix.
* "pluck rules" is for people who don't know anything about Unix. My only hesitation is that "rules" is a rather-generic term, and if you use the word as a synonym for "export" now, you can't reuse it for any new future command later. Still, on the whole, I think this synonym would be useful.
