make it easier to see the list of currently-active rules
== The problem ==
When using Pluckeye 0.50.4, to see the list of currently-active rules, you must run "pluck export".
This is confusing. The word "export" sounds like it's for exporting data to a file, not for displaying information.
== Proposed solution ==
It would be good if you could please make "pluck ls" and "pluck rules" do the same thing as "pluck export".
"pluck ls" is good for people who like Unix.
"pluck rules" is for people who don't know anything about Unix. My only hesitation is that "rules" is a rather-generic term, and if you use the word as a synonym for "export" now, you can't reuse it for any new future command later. Still, on the whole, I think this synonym would be useful.
